Times of India: Now, doc from Pune challenges 90:10 quota
MUMBAI: It's raining petitions in the Bombay high court against the controversial 90:10 reservation in favour of SSC students.
After a city lawyer filed the first petition on Friday, Pune-based gynaecologist Dilip Walke-whose 16-year-old daughter scored 91.80% in the CBSE-sought to get the "unconstitutional government resolution (GR)'' quashed.
